Refund policy

Refund policy: Returns are accepted for store credit only. No refunds. Buyer must pay return shipping.  Buyer will be issued a gift card for the order minus the original shipping fee for returns. Because our inventory changes so quickly we do not offer exchanges only returns. Sale section items and items purchased at a discount greater than 20% are considered final sale. 

Buyer is responsible for reshipment charges on packages that have been returned due to incorrect address.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our hands, but if you are missing a package let us know so we can help you find it before you file a claim.

The apparel item you are returning must meet all of the return guidelines below:

-Customer is responsible for the shipping the return back to us. Customer can pay for us to generate a return label for them. Please email us to do so. Southernandsophisticated@hotmail.com

-If returning item it must be postmarked within 10 days of the date of original delivery. Item must be unworn, undamaged, clean, unused with tags attached. If purchased in person 10 days from purchase date.

-If an item is returned and appears to be worn, have makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, postmarked past our 10 day cut off the original date of delivery or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back. If no response after 30 days we will donate to local charities.
